The main business of Atrium SIGI is the acquisition and management of real estate assets.
Atrium SIGI is a Portuguese public limited company operating under the special SIGI regime (Sociedade de Investimento e Gestão Imobiliária), foreseen under the Decree-Law No. 19/2019 of 28th January, as amended.
Sonae Sierra will be the real estate manager of the Atrium SIGI, having more than 30 years of experience in the field. Sonae Sierra currently manages approximately 140 assets with a value of 6.2 billion euros, and 15 investment vehicles. Sonae Sierra has an established platform and local teams in Europe, Latin America and North Africa, providing services in over 50 countries.
The objective of Atrium SIGI is to acquire real estate assets with long-term growth potential to generate value for its clients, using the knowledge and experience of its managers Sonae Sierra and Bankinter.
